Universal Schools art program works to expand the student’s network of possibilities — from experimentation in the creative process to providing a framework of problem solving skills that can be applied to all aspects of learning. Under the direction of the Art teacher,a new and innovative visual arts curriculum includes courses in Graphic Design, African Art History, and Life Drawing.
The Middle School classes are expanding their knowledge from previous years and producing stories that create dialog. The students are most proud when their art, including
the color wheels and manuscript pages, is displayed around the school in order for the entire Universal Schools community to enjoy.
